  • • The booking request does not entail the automatic acceptance of the reservation, but is subject to confirmation by the farmhouse;
    • Within 10 days of booking confirmation, a bank transfer must follow as a confirmatory down payment, equal to 30% of the total sum due;
    • During the month of August we only accept reservations for a minimum duration of a week (from Saturday to Saturday);
    • In case of late arrivals and / or early departures, payment in full of the amount established at the time of booking will still be due;
    • The arrival time must be agreed in advance with the structure;
    • Any delays must be promptly communicated;
    • The apartment must be returned in order, by 10.00 am on the day of departure; • Our guests are kindly invited to:
     - avoid loud noises and behavior that could cause disturbance to other guests;
     - avoid unnecessary waste of water and electricity;
     - use the lodgings and all the equipment with the diligence of the "good family man";
    • Cancellation policy:
     if the reservation is canceled
     - with a notice of at least 30 days before the arrival date, the confirmatory deposit will be returned in full;
     - with less than 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, the confirmatory deposit will be retained in full.

  - manage orders and carry out related activities (eg: communications with the customer on the status of the order, responses to requests for information, payment management, etc.);
  - manage the users' account in case of registration on the Site to use the relative services.
